What happens when we mix creativity with humor? I would say amazing ideas. Is really fun how just a little dialog box can change all the meaning of a picture. Aled Lewis explored this a lot on his Toy Stories series, using basically miniatures and well thought sentences.

Beautiful Houses: Zeidler Residence in California

This week we present you the elegant Zeidler Residence.

The Zeidler Residence is a project by Ehrlich Architects, a firm founded in 1979 internationally recognized for its distinctive design. The Zeidler Residence is situated at the top of a bluff overlooking the Pacific Ocean, the place was designed to maximize views, natural light and ocean breezes. The parti divides the program into two main structures connected by a sheltered courtyard. On the ocean side, the two-and-a-half-story main house features a double-height living space, with full-height glass doors that open the interior onto the exterior spaces. A mezzanine is oriented towards the view.

This house is super elegant. All materials and choices look natural, beautifully putted together. The overall palette is really beautiful and every space has its own charm and personality. Simply an awesome house. Oh, I really liked the barbecue place, so this is certainly another place that I wouldn't mind living in. ;)
